We offer three simple, nourishing stages to support babies from their first tastes to active toddler years.

 Stage 1 – For 6–8 Months

Soft, smooth, and gentle — perfect for first solids.

Ingredients: Rolled Oats, Rice, Wheat, Barley, Sago, Mung, Chickpea, Quinoa, Red Lentil, Millet, Iron
Allergens: Wheat, Barley, Oats

Stage 2 – For 9–12 Months

A richer, more textured blend for growing appetites.

Stage 3 – For 12 Months+

A wholesome, traditional-style multigrain mix made especially for active toddlers.
Although Stage 3 uses many of the same natural ingredients as Stage 2, the proportion of each grain and legume is carefully adjusted to meet the higher energy needs of children aged 12 months and above.

How to Prepare Lito (For All Stages)

  • Making Lito is easy and perfect for busy parents:
  • Add the required amount of porridge powder into a clean bowl.
  • Mix with cold drinking water until smooth with no lumps.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring gently, until soft and creamy.
  • Allow to cool and serve immediately.
