Transitioning to solids is a big milestone! Our Stage 1 mix is carefully formulated to be gentle on tiny tummies while introducing the rich textures of natural grains. This gentle and easily digestible blend of Rice, Wheat, Sago, Barley, Millet, Chickpea, Tri-colour Quinoa, Mung Dal, Red Lentil, and Ferrous Fumarate provides a smooth introduction to solid foods.

Fortified with iron to support healthy growth and development, this recipe draws from the wholesome grain traditions of the Himalayas — familiar to both Nepali and Indian families who have long trusted dalia, sattu, and multigrain porridges as the perfect first food.
