Every time a sister gave birth, my mum would quietly get to work — grinding, roasting, blending her Sutkeri Masala from scratch. No shortcuts. No packets. Just her hands, her knowledge, and her love.

I watched my sisters go from exhausted and in pain to slowly finding their strength again. Their bodies healed. Their energy came back. Their smiles returned. And it was because of what Mum put in their hands every single day.

She even made it for my dad — for his back pain, his tired legs, his fatigue. And it helped him too.
